I support individuals and caregivers navigating health issues including cancer, dementia, and chronic insomnia. Living through a serious illness can feel overwhelming and isolating at times. We can work together to identify your goals and build a plan for moving forward. This work can involve practical planning for the future as well as learning strategies to make the most of life now.
For individuals experiencing chronic insomnia, lack of sleep can be a source of stress and negatively impact quality of life. We can work together to break the cycle of sleep challenges.
I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their current circumstances. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), along with other techniques to help clients uncover thoughts or behaviors that may be holding them back.
