I have over 15 years of experience working with people who feel overwhelmed by their current circumstances. My work with individuals or caregivers navigating a chronic or terminal illness spans well over a decade. I also have additional training in CBT-I for the treatment of chronic insomnia.

When you are having a hard time meeting life's challenges, therapy can give you skills to move forward. We can work together to identify realistic goals and overcome barriers in the way. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) along with other techniques to help clients uncover thoughts or behaviors that may be holding them back while working together to create a plan for moving forward in life.
